Nature of fear…p2

Now that we have exposed why fear is prevalent in our lives lets examine the very nature of it. The realistic nature of fear is ultimately illusionary. To help us comprehend its illusionary nature let’s consider a dream as an example.

Now within nightmares we experience traumatic thoughts and emotions. Whilst in the grip of a nightmare, nothing is seemingly more real than the thoughts and feeling we are experiencing.

Ultimately the dream is an illusion. The dreams are brought forth via our subconscious for the purpose of revealing to us our attributes (that require healing) that remain otherwise hidden below the threshold of our consciousness.

Whilst experiencing the dream, our thoughts and feelings within the dream are real, but ultimately the dream itself and the accompanying thoughts and feelings have no consequence in what we call reality.

(That’s not to say that if we can recognise the interpretation of the dreams and the emotions we experienced throughout the dreams that we can’t implement our understanding into our present waking life and therefore affect the quality of our reality, but this is another topic of discussion.)

Upon awakening from an unpleasant dream there is still a residue of the emotions that you experienced within the dream as you reflect upon the dream in your awakened state.

However as the minutes pass, there is often a sense of embarrassment and humility due to the lack of realisation on your behalf that the fearful energy you poured forth through your emotional reactions and thoughts were brought about by a mere illusion, the dream itself.

Whilst in the grip of fear based thoughts, the reality we experience, like a dream, feeds back reflections of our internal state of fear.

This is how we can eliminate our current fears in reality. The only power our current fears have over us is the severity of our self identification with them and the power of belief that we give them. Ultimately they are an illusion, created by your mind as an opposing force to compensate the momentum of transformation or action you wish to initiate.

The mere act of dwelling on a thought immediately intensifies the frequency of its vibration which is the very means by which the thought becomes transmuted into its physical equivalent.

The only way your fears may be transmuted into their physical equivalent is by the intensity of belief you have in them.

When you catch yourself experiencing a fear based thought, it’s your responsibility to understand that it is a natural opposing force of your ultimate desire and simply release the fear based thought without hesitation…
